Survey Regarding Access to Justice In French

Check list document on laptop vector illustrationIn collaboration with the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General, the Law Society of Ontario (LSO) invites you to complete a survey on access to legal services in French. This survey was prepared by the Attorney General’s Access to Justice in French Advisory Committee.

This voluntary survey has been sent to all licensees and is intended to identify barriers that may prevent lawyers and paralegals from providing services in French, and advise the Attorney General on strategies to improve access to legal services in French. The responses will also contribute to the Law Society’s efforts to facilitate access to legal services in French.

Participation in this survey is strictly voluntary and anonymous. The responses obtained will be forwarded to the Committee in aggregate form. The responses will also inform the Law Society’s participation in the Committee’s work.
